Matthew Carlton

Composer, Orchestrator, Copyist, Music Producer

Matthew Carlton is an award-winning composer for film, TV, video games, and concert music. His most recent projects include feature film Death of a Fool (currently available to rent/own on Amazon Prime) and short film Roses Are Blind, which won awards for Best Score at the 2019 Silver State Film Festival, 2020 Shore to Shore Film Festival, and 2020 Los Angeles Motion Picture Festival. He also wrote music for the short film Distance, which debuted at the 2015 Miami International Film Festival.

Having a wide and eclectic taste, some major influences on Mr. Carlton's music include folk and non-Western music, the American classical tradition, minimalism, and electronic music.
